Things to See & Do

Our available activities are listed below:

Trainer for a Day

You’ve heard it said that being a dolphin trainer must be the coolest job in the world, and now you have the opportunity to find out firsthand while participating in Marineland’s Trainer for a Day program. Your day starts with a guided tour and then the fun begins with our training crew.  You will play a role in the activities that fill a marine mammal specialist’s day, such as preparing meals, feeding animals, attending an animal training lecture, observing and tracking program behaviors, creating enrichment devices for dolphins, assisting in record keeping, and most importantly, encountering dolphins! Every day is different in the life of a trainer, so no two programs will ever be alike.

Discover Dolphins

In this hands-on, shallow-water encounter, you’ll enjoy an exhilarating dolphin interaction alongside one of our Marineland trainers. An informative and educational pre-encounter session will prepare you for your program, and offer the opportunity to learn more about these amazing marine mammals while enjoying a tour of Neptune Park and our Aquarium Room.

Dolphin Immersion
Our guests have shown tremendous enthusiasm for our Dolphin Immersion program, so Marineland Dolphin Adventure is now offering this unique experience once daily through the end of the year. More exciting news on this and other one-of-a-kind Marineland programs will be announced soon!

The Immersion Program gives our guests the opportunity to interact with our dolphins in both shallow and deep water. This program is approximately thirty minutes of interactive time with the dolphin alongside one of our Marineland trainers. An informative and educational pre-encounter session will prepare you for your program, and offer the opportunity to learn more about these amazing marine mammals while enjoying a special glimpse of our behind the scenes area.

Dolphin Designs

This interactive program combines your passion for dolphins with your passion for art! Participants will choose up to three colors for the dolphin to paint on a canvas that the participant holds over the water. Once the painting is complete, you'll have the opportunity to interact with the dolphin artist. Getting this close to the aquatic artists means there's a chance you might get wet, so swimwear is advised!

Touch and Play

Get up-close and personal with one of our resident dolphins in this exhilarating encounter. Our Touch & Play program offers the opportunity to meet, greet and feed one of our amazing bottlenose dolphins. During your encounter, you may get wet, so we strongly recommend wearing suitable attire.

General Admission

Visit the world’s first oceanarium, located alongside the pristine Atlantic coastline. Stroll through our facility to learn about our history, view our sea turtles and sand tiger sharks, and observe our Atlantic bottlenose dolphins as they swim and play.

Behind The Seas Tour

Go behind-the-scenes and below-the-decks of Marineland Dolphin Adventure! Our Behind the Seas Tour offers an exclusive backstage look at our facility and animal habitats, and an opportunity to explore our unique and fascinating history spanning over 75 years.
